Targeting Threads.

FFS Karl. I've just wasted like two hours coding a plugin to try and hide threads by an ignored user which I couldn't get working as I wanted then realised when I uninstalled the plugin I wasn't seeing any thread from BantamTalk so I checked your image again and you are only seeing ONE of the four threads, the thread that was made BEFORE I made the change. You aren't seeing any the threads made by the BantamTalk

 

It's not a high horse attitude. You are wanting me to spend like 10+ hours recoding the whole framework because doing it in a single thread is much more complex when I already spent two hours last night (and two hours this morning because Karl gave me incorrect information and I didn't check his images closely enough) which allows you to just IGNORE the BantamTalk user and not see any thread about it after the Qatar vs Switzerland match. It's like a couple of button clicks

For those not wanting to see future world cup prediction league

Click on your profile picture

Select people you ignore

Type in Bantamtalk and click save

You shouldn't see any new posts

If you want to do future prediction leagues do the same procedure then deselect Bantamtalk

 

Or just click on one of the Prediction League threads (well one of the ones started by BantamTalk. The Australia vs Turkey or the Haiti vs Scotland ones for example) and then click on the Avatar for the first post and you will get a popup with the ignore option




Just if you are someone like @Offcomedun or @bantam65 you will need to remember to unignore it before the start of next season if you want to see the posts for the normal prediction league (although there is a show ignore content button at the bottom of the thread lists)


And I should have paid more attention to your image. I saw the fact your image showed one of the posts and didn't look to see if there was more so just assumed there was and also didn't check the username

 

I will add a note to DM you when the first post of the normal one goes up to remind you. If anyone else wants included in that just let me know
