Why Park.. why does everybody down play this club and it’s potential. 7th biggest city, youngest population in uk, 24k seat stadium crowds of 20k on average. We are more investable than large percentage of the league where in and below.

 

He's a left footed no.10. Newcastle bought him from Man City a couple of years ago but I think injuries have stalled his progress.
Not played much mens football only the odd appearance in the EFL Trophy. Would be ideal to develop in an u21s with a view to progressing to the 1st team, so that rules us out. Lots of talent though.

Weirdly, Fletcher's goodbye message to Blackpool fans today shows him on the pitch at Valley Parade from last season's game

I was 1 of the only city fans at school in Shipley in the 70s the others were mainly leeds fans but like you say never went but were on the tv quite regularly as they were doing well at the time
