Just been reading that Neville and Beckham were hoping to bring in Challinor to replace Robinson who they sacked yesterday. Takes delusional to a completely new level.

Agree but in their case much harsher . Reading their forum really opens your eyes . Staff working at the club being on the books of one of his companies ( Vita? ) to start , who just happen to be the shirts/ club commercial sponsor. Another way he underwrites their annual losses? . I think a snag will be Tommy Leigh dropping to league 2 which isn’t what he wants to do.

Wouldn't mind it as Hutchinson seems like a good player and can be used in different position. Might not happen if Leigh doesn't want the move into league 2.

I mentioned Wright previously, not a rumour just that he was released and he stood out in both Wigan games . He scored against us and just seemed to be involved in everything. Was in Metcalfe's face a lot in the away game.

I really like the lad, he's knowledgeable and funny but is hysterically delusional when it comes to Barnsley.

 

That was our issue this season, our midfield was static. It’s why I was an advocate for a 433 with more bodies in the middle as we were predictable and could only attack out wide, it’s no wonder we had the most crosses in the league, I bet we had the least attacks down the centre. We need a player who can break the lines from deeper on midfield and support the attack.
