    As things stand Alexander is 21st on the list but over then next few weeks he's going to rise to at least 18th with Silva expected to leave Fulham, Challinor looking like he's leaving Stockport and Iraola leaving Bournemouth. Mousinho is being linked with a lot of moves away from Portsmouth so it could be another place for Alexander.

    After the long spell since Parkinson left of constant changes it's good to be back high on this list and hope it continues.

    If we aren't top 10 by October there'll be a full on Alexander in / Alexander out clash on this forum.

    The mind of the average football fan is fickle and to an extent i'll admit i'm the same. When you've had a taste of success you naturally want more, if we're bottom half of the table coming into winter i won't be asking for Alexanders head but i will be pissed off.

    I'd be happy to give Alexander 12 months regardless as I think he's earned that right and as long as we aren't bang in trouble of exiting at the other end then I think most will be accepting of the situation.
