    I can’t find the email with the payment details, but does anyone know if there is an admin charge factored into the first payment due out shortly?

    I know City raised prices this summer but my DD has jumped up 50% from last one and kids are still in the same categories.

    My dad seemed to think there might be an admin charge for first month for setting it up, which would explain it, but tbh I just clicked a few buttons when renewing and didn’t bother to read anything!

    Anyone any wiser?! TIA

    I had the same question, so dropped the ticket office an email - the direct debit setup charges are all in the first payment this time, and not spread out over the 12 months. So first payment will be higher than subsequent ones.

    Yes, £6 per person admin fee on first direct debit
    I queried it last week

    Worth double checking payment schedule as mine was on three monthly payment plan but spotted it and tickets office sorted immediately- Mick in the ticket office emailed me back quickly and no fuss sorted it

    If you go into your ticketing account you can request that the purchase email is sent again.
