Well only 2000 Bolton fans there tomorrow is better than 2800 or 4000 from a home advantage perspective. I like we are behind both goals. Every little helps.

I think the gate tomorrow will be 23k. We lose about 1k in seats due to the extra segregation in flipping the away end in Midland Road due to the extra cut offs at the bottom etc. We won't release the first few rows of the Kop and unless block A has already been sold that looks like the only place left.

It should be some atmosphere, I just hope the lads give us something to cheer. No shots on target is why the crowd on Saturday was somewhat subdued.

I just hope we don't setup not to conceed early, we need to get that goal back and put the pressure on them.

Yeh id rather have a go at them, end to end and lose 2-3 than a drab 0-0 will 1 shot on target. The lads are capable, we can beat anybody in this division on our day.

Im hoping Tyriek at LWB and a front 3 of Hump, Jacko and Sarc.

Yeah we need to have a go. We cant set up to coast through the first half and then hope we hit them in the second half, we have to change the plan we've had and take the game to them. Getting to the play offs is a great achievement, but barely getting out the gears in them (so far) has fallen flat.

It's a shame there isnt a market for it, as I'd be putting whatevers in my SkyBet account right now on Bolton winning the toss and making us kick toward the Bradford End again as they did the other week. I know statistically it doesn't really ruin results for us, but it does change the atmos in the ground and second halves are away flatter kicking the other way.

The club have made more tickets available. Some with views far better than those picking up tickets in recent days will get. E block Midland Road and the back of K block in the main stand. Looks like a few hundred.

Not sure why it is showing C block. There were like 3 tickets behind the dugout which might have been returned, E block is where the majority are, about 10 seats wide front to back of the stand, so about 250 there, with 4 rows at the back of the main stand so about 150 there.

This is the one part around ticket sales the club does that is slightly annoying
Knowing there would be a great demand, get all seats available on sale from the off, thus giving everyone a good chance of getting decent seats
Keeping back the half block in MR , surely a lot of people that normally sit there, would have moved to those seats

I think playing devil's advocate, the club possibly wanted to avoid the scenario of having supporters dotted around all over the ground with empty seats in between. Obviously thats not going to happen, given the high demand, but I honestly dont think the club was expecting the demand to be as strong, given we know that night games typically attract much lower numbers, and of course there was the unknown factor of where we'd be after the 1st leg.
There were a number of comments on here along those lines too, stating that we wouldnt come anywhere near to selling out. As it's turned out, tomorrow's attendance is going to be fantastic, and it could potentially end up being one of the most memorable nights in our history.

I know you can swap Season Ticket seats. I guess if anyone is very concerned then they could get in touch with the club and see if it is possible to move. Given that the game kicks off in 30 hours then they need to do it this afternoon. I would consider an e.mail but would definitely phone.

I get that, but as soon as it finished so close on Saturday, i thought we could achieve a sell out
As you say, games like this have been few and far between and i think the Bradford public have really got on board with the club this past few seasons and long may it continue

Its obviously to group fans together rather than empty spaces. Makes for a better picture on TV and atmosphere if folk are all sat together. Its a good move IMO.

Had the match been played on a Saturday afternoon rather than a Thursday evening, I anticipate it would have totally sold out. A significant number of supporters live outside of Bradford and with work etc, would struggle to make it. Add on the number of young school children and families plus those taking exams, then it will further depress the numbers. Finally being on TV will also be a factor. At the moment I guess the attendance, will likely be 1,000 down, on the Fleetwood game.

lots of empty spaces at the tough sheite stadium on Saturday, don't think it had an affect on the atmosphere and VP is a much more compact stadium

Bang on and while some of the clubs cry the poor tale with struggling with money incoming the one thing i would be doing would be trying to generate money in getting more money in through the turnstiles ........ie giving more tickets to away fans when your clearly not gonna sellout ......... .Town and Blackpool being the biggest culprits

Well i was thinking in broader terms than just playoffs, last match last season, playoff v Carlisle, Arsenal, Villa, Sunderland, even going back to Spurs in the 60's, Southampton in 1976
We have had a few over the years, but not so many that they lose that special feeling

If it was that much of an advantage then why not copy it for every big game then ?????
Its daft in my opinion if the Bolton fans are housed mainly towards the Kop does that also give Bolton another advantage in not really given a shit where they shoot towards ?????

Playoffs are a bit different, we only get about £3 from each ticket sold after every body else has their slice
A 23000 crowd would bring us around £70000 and then it might have corporation tax on that
