So did any extra tickets get released in the Kop? or was it just A block?

The players deserve to be playing this match in front of a sellout crowd, they have earned it with the effort put in this season

I reckon the following are still to be sold:

1. Front rows of TL Dallas (130 seats)
2. Front rows of 2 blocks in Midland Road: 60 seats
3. Block A: 450
4. Front row of 4 blocks in main stand: 100 seats
5. 3 front rows of Kop: 450 seats.

I make that another 1200 seats available. I did see somewhere that block A is not being put on sale, as tickets being given to sponsors and commercial partners. In that case we have c800 tickets left to sell.

 

Has any of E block in Midland Rd been sold? Usually only half a block is needed for segregation so maybe another few hundred seats available there?

I thought A block had been sold this afternoon? There were some posts about tickets being available. Or were they on about A block in TL Dallas?

 

Hi. They are holding back 600 seats for segregation- usually it’s 300. Around 400 to create a buffer between their fans and ours in MR and a further 200 to create a buffer between Block A of MR and the Kop.

 

They moved the segregation up half a block on Tuesday - creating more space for City fans not Bolton.

All them seats wasted when it would have been a lot easier to stick to the normal away settings

 

Either way hopefully expect to see at least another 1,000 go on sale. I suspect they will go on sale in phases to make sure they sell. Also, they might hold back the front row of KOP, TL Dallas, Main stand due to risk of pitch invasion. In which case, we sadly lose c 450 seats.

 

What's the difference between those seats which are light blue and those which are dark blue. I was only looking to buy one ticket so I've no filters applied.

 

From a financial aspect, we should have given them the entire Midland Road. But I think us only giving them a few blocks was to keep their numbers down as an advantage and also in response to them giving us a pitiful amount for the home leg. There was 22.7k there on Saturday, they could have easily given us the full 5000.

 

Having both ends city is an advantage, especially if it goes to penalties! Personally, I have been very impressed with how it has all been managed.

 

We should have both made the agreement for more away fans but financially it's clearly just not worth it for the play offs games after the EFL and the other 3 clubs take their cut.
