Bolton Tickets

It's amazing reading on X the number of people who have missed next to no away games this season (some for the last few seasons) claiming they have been shafted out of tickets. If this were in any way true they would be in the upper reaches of the points system the way some of them are going on about it. Plus it's amazing if they went to all these games how they managed to get tickets for Harrogate, Huddersfield, etc which had far higher levels of points requirements at the time.

Some porkies being told about how often people go in their claims for their entitlement.

 

Yeah at the end of the day it is what it is. Ive fallen 40 points short. Been to 9 away this season and guessing a similar number last. As I mentioned earlier, I usually fall into the 2nd priority batch but haven't for this one which has made me question whether the bar has perhaps been moved this time?
As it stands, the majority who will get to see the game are more deserving than me so good luck to them. There will Im sure be a much smaller number who've secured tickets but with less points than I have. The system isn't perfect, and no loyalty scheme ever will be, but it's infinitely better than the complete free for all thats been in previous years.
On a positive note, of the 9 away games I've been to, we havent won any of them so perhaps it's not a bad thing that I've missed out!!

 

We need to put the Block B standing Bantams in the NW corner lower tier (permanently)

 

It’s discrimination against those who don’t live locally. All future sales should be online only!!

 

There’s a flaw in the system if you have them in your basket but you can’t proceed.

 

Thats not helpful to those who struggle with technology and prefer to buy in person

 

Suspect that was purely a refresh/ timing thing. A matter of seconds between them being physically sold and registered on the website.
Frustrating for the end user nonetheless

Not a bad call, the atmosphere has certainly been better with them in the lower kop
It might even wake up the prawn sarnie brigade in the main stand, unfortunately the Midland roaders are a lost cause.

 

Keep them out! No idea why anyone needs to stand all game when theyve bought a seat. Standing adds nothing to the atmosphere

I'm kinda glad i didn't get tickets..... I feel like i'm still waiting for the traffic to shift out of Boltons car park in my mind.

We were waiting that long in Novemeber/Decemember (whenever it was), Matty Pennington had stayed around for the post match stuff with the squad talks etc, met up with his wife, walked to Nandos on the next complex and then walked past our car with their grub in hand on the way to their car.

I am so pleased you have got a ticket. It does feel like our senior supporters have been brushed aside. Not everyone is computer savvy or able to sit anywhere in the stadium. We are struggling with the steps in general. We don’t like driving at night so a combination of factors has prevented us going to VP.
I do think communication should be polished up at City. The majority of supporters would welcome what the plan is and information on ticket sales. They didn’t give ST holders any time to purchase their 2025/2026 seat. It was you have two days to join the bun fight; if you happen to have other priorities as you did then you most certainly are at the back of the queue.
Let’s hope we win.

 

I tried for tickets but got IP banned because I refreshed a couple of times. Not that it would have made a lot of difference.

If someone’s willing to camp out in Manningham for 9 hours then they deserve the ticket more than I do. Hopefully everyone going has a great night out and we’re still in the tie for the return leg.

 

I understand that but sadly, online ticketing systems where you login at the allotted time to be given a random position in the queue is bullshit and guarantees nobody a ticket.
I tried every venue on every date for Oasis tickets and didn’t get a sniff yet if I could have camped outside Wembley stadium I know I would have got one. That’s why we saw a queue outside VP today and guess what, they all got a ticket where most trying online didn’t
