League 1 Average Attendance so far

Hey @Sergio Pinto III, its me that keeps track of the figures. I've messed around with my spreadsheet and added in your request. I'll continue to publish monthly, but here is a mid-month update with the away following at ground included too. VP relatively high up the list.

 

Nice work. 1400 average at VP, thats gotta be way up from last season! Barnsley and Lincoln should see that grow too.

 

Barnsley will see it increase, but Lincolns away followings have been pretty poor this year and with it now being a Tuesday I wouldn't expect many from them. Certainly comfortably less than 1,400.

 

I see McCann , Donny manager is now complaining about their poor support at home . ( Source their fan forum) . Serves them right , the damn hypocrite ?

City faring well in both home and away numbers this year. The jump up to League One will be working wonders for ticket revenue. I expect post-Bolton game City will have the largest away following of any game so far beating Huddersfield at Barnsley, and that our away following will be top of the pops too.

I fell behind in December. Who knew having a 2 and 5 year old through Christmas would mean less time to mess around in spreadsheets?!

Just got Boxing Day and the 29th fixtures to get updated. Will have it sorted by end of this weekend.

 

Great stuff. Kids eh....Hope they enjoyed Christmas though!!

Thankfully mine are all grown up now.

Hope everything is OK at your end? A little concerned as you've not posted on here or Football Forums much over last month or so....

 

All good, thanks for checking in. Since my last message in here, youngest has been in and out of Drs/hospital (nothing outside the usual child winter illnesses but a pain nonetheless) and now both the kids have hand, foot and mouth. Hence the relative silence.

It's just been relentless illness wise. Bring on spring and the warmer weather.

Miles behind in the stat tracking now, but will attempt to catch up.

Does this mean their fourth place in those three leagues get them into the Northern Football Play Off finals ?

Especially for a club that has languished in league two the past six seasons
Have we reached our ceiling with home support on a matchday of approx 19000, or can we tempt a few more to join the band wagon

 

The fans of the club have to be admired for sticking with the club through one of the worst periods in our history. The trick now is to keep hold of that 18500/19000 home support when the rollercoaster hits a down turn.
