Bolton Tickets

It's a regular Ticketmaster problem - I have had it so many times buying gig tickets through them.

 

My wife must have come up with this ticket idea for this game. Over complicated!

 

It always is with such short notice between fixtures, as one didn’t know if they were in the play offs or not until 1700 on Saturday with a Sun and a Bank holiday in between. Some prep work could have been done of course but with lots of clubs using computerised systems one can only do so much , global server maintenance is usually done over weekends and holidays I believe ? @simons (woking bantam)

 

Yep, same. And the single seat thing. They are a horrible ticket provider.

 

Wowza. One “outlet” provider over multiple clubs and one heck of a queue.

 

Same here. I couldn’t see my basket, or, how to complete the purchase. I lost loads of cracking seats so I decided to sign out in the hope of clearing the seats I had selected. Thankfully, my last attempt showed my basket to click on and complete. So bloody frustrating as I consider myself reasonably savvy with tech.

that isn't correct, it means unreserved in the context of you don't have dibs on your 'own' ST seat, not that you can sit anywhere on the night. That'd be chaos

 

The club should have shared Bolton's allocation in the announcement about home ticketing. They said what blocks Bolton fans would be in, so no reason why they couldn't have shared the away allocation, or at least a rough number.

A lot of our fan base assume the worst for everything and get riled up over nothing. It would have saved 48 hours of negativity.

 

I thought i'd get a last minute ticket to see Springsteen but there was only tickets of 3 spaces left and it wouldn't let me buy 2 tickets cos it left one free, so i didn't bother

Totally agree. I think based on what we now know, the conclusions we have come to are probably correct, and I actually get the rationale. They just need to get their communication strategy in order!!!

 

Bit of a pain and took an hour in the end as I got kicked out, couldn't sit in the usual seat as apparently you have to leave 2 seats free. All a bit silly really, and time-consuming, but good for those who had an easier experience than me

 

Yeah that is annoying and what’s worse at very busy times is if you are trying to buy say 6 tickets for all your friends and family, buy the time you add all 6, someone has bought them.
That happened to me twice yesterday with the away tickets. Had to empty basket and choose again so we were all sat together
