I cant remember do City class unreserved seating as you buy a ticket for a specific stand and sit where you want in that stand on the day, or are you buying a specific seat.

I recall sitting in my usual seat against Carlisle and surrounded by regulars on that occasion

 

Ok thanks for clarifying but I made zero reference to “ loyalty “ . It was a comment about INCOME gained from getting to the play offs . Read it again perhaps ?

 

for Carlisle it was just the Midland Road crew, and hospitality, that had to fight for a seat, everyone else had a time to grab their usual seat.

the phrase unreserved in this context isn’t for when you get to the ground it is that no seats are reserved when you buy them. Once you buy a ticket it you then need to sit on that seat

 

It doesn’t make it clear if that is an upgrade price, ie on top of a seat, or including a seat. During normal season it is called an upgrade which would imply you already have one ticket and you are making it better.

 

Im not too precious over my seat, swapping for 1 game is no issue at as long as im there.

16000 season ticket holders and around 21000 seats to pick from....folk will moan at anything.

Think I'm going to try the Kop. Done a few cup games in there and it'll hopefully be a decent atmosphere.

I might even sit in the bit where all those flags are and moan at everyone to sit down!

 

Im in Kop, but went into Bradford End for Carlisle game and loved it. Might go back...

 

Easy to spot the midland roaders in the other stands, just look for the travel rugs and thermos flasks.

Having the Carlisle fans right next to the kop made for an incredible atmosphere, that despite Hughes god awful football. Gonna be some night with all those Bolton fans doing the same l, personally I can't wait.

Yeah this it'd be good to sit in vaguely the same area but I'll not particularly precious about it

 

Anybody know what the weather forecast is for a week on Thursday?

This will help me decide if I am going to buy a ticket.

 

They won't be getting an increase on the normal league allocation, especially after the fighting before the league game the police will want a big section of Block A blocked off for segregation, at most they will get what Carlisle had which is 2400ish

 

I dont know why you simply cannot buy your own ticket for the seat you have sat in all season ????
If there on about a mad rush then simply add extra days and put the general ssles to Saturday ????
Or do they really think there will be a mad rush when they go on general sale ????? We all know loads will hang fire till 10pm Saturday night
