But for what purpose? Bolton are giving us about half the number of seats we got for the league fixture, and the receipts are shared between all the play off teams. Why annoy all of our supporters, all of whom have to log on first thing on Tuesday to find an acceptable seat, for a few quid?

I hope so that's bloody ridiculous, £40 is ripping us off but as a one off I'll pay it but £60+ ?.

it is usually £20 to get into the suite if you have a season ticket elsewhere in the ground and you want to use it on a one off basis.

I’ve just tried to look back at purchases from last play off but the online system has changed since so there is no transaction history so I can not see how much it cost

it is because someone at the club thinks it gives the team an advantage to have our fans behind both goals and the only way we can do that is to swap the Midland Road around

As we have scored more often at the TL Dallas end this season, I am not sure why they think this.

It looks like that is what Barnsley got in 2023, if it is it will be just over 2,100

If that’s been decided after consultation with the players, then fine. Otherwise, it’s stupid to do anything other than prioritise the fans who’ve backed the team in 23 home games this season.

Another major factor is that there will be no need for half a block in the Midland Road to be segregated and seats lost.
If….. and it’s a big IF, there is an immense demand, then more seats can be sold.
I know it isn’t perfect, but it is a one off game.
I am sure all of us who go to away games, and potentially London in late May, will still attend, even if we can’t have our usual seat at VP to watch the game.
Life is about change, transition, adaptation and grasping the opportunity. Enjoy the challenge!

I can not remember what the outcome was after the complaints last time but they said the same then about having fans behind both goals

City fans are in the last two blocks so the segregation will still be needed. The fans are just flipped the other way

Yeah, it’s gonna be ace logging on and frantically trying to bag half decent seats so I’m not stuck in the sodding Bradford End. Can’t wait.

I don't think that is right. Bolton have been given the whole of the Midland Road.

All seats available to home supporters in the Kop, North West Corner, Morrisons Family Stand, TL Dallas Community Stand and the Bradford Lifts Stand (blocks F and G) will be unreserved, enabling City fans to occupy both goals.

Just back from Exeter and a fantastic achievement of reaching the playoffs to find posts like this of people moaning about not having their usual allocated seat. Boo hoo, grow up!!!

I know, and I’m not complaining. There’s 21000 seats to pick from.
I’ll be surprised it’ll even sell out with it being a Thursday night, school night, it’s on telly, work commitments, holidays,, live out of the area, dangerous Manningham streets plus the other reasons people don’t attend midweek night games.

Can you explain how it will be any different to me? We will all have to log on and try and get a seat. For the absolute avoidance of doubt and confusion, the rest of us who do not sit in the Midland Road do not have reserved seats! They are all up for grabs.

It won’t. But by moving the Midland Rd lot it means that it has to go unreserved for everyone. I’d rather that the club looked after its own fans first, meaning we’d all have 48 hours to grab our usual seats, before it’s a free for all. You’re not chewed and that’s fine too. It’s just, like, my opinion, man.
