Very good second half performance with two goals on the back of two excellent balls from Power and Ashby. Some much needed quality when it was needed.

He needed to make up for his initial slip up first half @NorthernMonkey would have crucified him .

 

Wow, what a turn around that 2nd half was. Much like our early season away performances. Lots of good pressing and great defending.

I like how we managed the 9 minutes of added time.

Well, Cardiff v Bolton next Saturday is definitely an interesting match now.

 

Been superb again. Seems to be 8/10 every week. Player of the Season for me.

 

Brilliant win rode our luck after what looked like a second for them but showed real character second half

 

I'm getting carried away too! Imagine if we are in with a shout by the time we play Bolton.

Unfortunatley Cardiff have still got to play Port Vale and Northampton so they should be able to get at least 4 points from them 2 which will probably be enough although it will not be as comfortable as they thought it was going to be. Makes Bolton's win against Plymouth on Friday even bigger for them especially as they had 10 men for a lot of the game.

 

Cardiff's game in hand is the Tuesday after away at Town so they have two tricky matches to come.

 

Will we get some positivity on this site now. fecking hell it's been terrible of late and I've been very rarely on.

Well its in our own hands now where we finish in the play offs.

 

Cardiff have 3 tricky games before that. Imagine if they only get a couple of draws and we win next Saturday and against Barnsley. We'll be right on their tail.

 

How are we third ,it’s crazy I can’t remember such a poor team doing as well as this .sometimes you think we’re like a relagation team ,but just keep finding a way to grind out results

we looked good second half once Metcalfe came on for Evans.

Ashby deserves to keep his place over Neufville.

was slagging Powell off at 2pm when I saw the team but he was ok in his cameo tbf.

great to see Jackson back and Bobby bagging away from home.

Now that's the stuff fairy tales are made off, there should be no reason we can't finish 3rd with Bolton to come.

Best thing about today's result is that we've come from behind to win away. Should give the lads a massive boost of confidence for our two remaining away games of the regular season and no reason why we shouldn't now be targeting at least 4 points from Barnsley and Exeter.
