The e-ticketing site is so sh1te. Struggling with Safari and Chrome here.... site just not responding at various points in the journey. Doing my head in.

 

I renewed last night so it could be 11,001

 

I've not renenewed ours yet. Debating whether to at all tbh.

Not living local and having a 2 and 5 year old with other commitments means they've been used relatively sparsely this year. Reason I keep it is because it's a connection to my dad who passed in 2020. Becoming difficult to justify though at nearly £400 for a handful of games.

Still a bit of time to consider and no doubt renew out of 30+ years habit!

 

It’s against consumer law for the auto button to be on by default isn’t it ? Apologies if I misunderstand your reply .

 

Had to do it on my iPhone in the end. All sorted… 5 renewed.

 

We've all been there mate you make your own priorities they won't always be kids, and I can certainly understand the connection with your dad it's hard when you've been used to going with the old man .

 

My dad went down to renew our five the other day as he still likes to do things personal to person plus he likes a catch up with Mick as he used to work with him. It is first year we have had to pay full whack as 25yr ended. Other staff in the shop almost fell over when the final total was read out to my dad as we have stayed in the suites.

anyone else had issues with renewing online as one of our group said today he can not find the option to renew.

 

does anyone know if the ticket ofice will be open on Monday, I'm going to need to ring them as the site is telling me I'm trying to buy an age restricted ticket, even though my date of birth is correct in the account menu?

 

On Friday as we left the ground I think the announcement said the ticket office reopened on Tuesday

 

You must have better hearing than me, I can't make out what the announcer says over the tannoy (unless its 'yellow team leader')

 

Just change the ticket you are trying to buy to the correct one and press update basket. I had the same issue, it was auto renewing as an u11 so I changed t and it worked

 

The noise is non stop at half time from the tannoy and I have yet to decipher a single word....!!

 

Can always hear when they call for the green team leader though!
