No your not alone, first home game of last season I'd forgot the club had stated they would not be taking cash payments, needless to say I only had cash so as I have no friend in the suite I was teetotal prior the game, so the grandson showed me how to put my CC in my wallet on my mobile, but I always tell the bar staff to let me pay before they pull my beer, its very convenient but as an oldie I much prefer cash.

 

Have we had any update on how the sales are going?

 

9,734. 743 of which are newbies. So approx 7k from last year still to renew.

 

Does it automatically renew ???

 

That's a decent figure for newbies so far considering the price increase coupled with the present UK economy.

 

Apparently there's was an Auto renew check box. As I understand it ,If you haven't checked it when applying for last years ST it auto renews. I didnt see it and mine has auto renewed. The 1st I knew was an email from the club confirming my renewel. I'm not bothered as I would have renewed anyway.

If you use the direct debit scheme there was an option to automatically renew, if you bought it in full then it won't be automatically renewed.

 

I believe the offer of DD installments has been a great deal, at one time I'd have just paid in one lump sum but this is so easy and spread over 10 months ?.

 

It certainly is when you are buying 4.

 

I'm only buying two but thats a lot of money as a pensioner .

 

First year of paying young adult price for both my kids and also my 25 year ST expiring. The instalment plan was a godsend.

 

My eldest is full adult price now!! Where has that time gone?

 

Do we have any experts here on Season ticket renewal?

Me, my mate and his dad. 3 adults sit together. We have two junior season tickets for my mates son and my daughter.

They're random tickets dotted about and they come sit with us obviously, but we're at the point now where we need to sit together as they're too old to be on knees if they can't sit next to us (usually the two next to us only come to big games)

What's the best way to do this? My daughters auto renewed too, to confuse it even further.

I’ll echo the comment about Mick in the ticket office.

I was only asking for a email address change today but previously I’ve had a couple of issues with season ticket renewals and on all occasions it’s been sorted quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
