Humphrys got away with one there, awful header back and looked like a clear grab of the shirt.

 

Wasnt good enough for Wrexham or Wigan at this level so who thought our low scoring squad would improve on that? It was a desperation signing. Wheatley another, just 3 goals in 20 odd games. If they were the answer then what was the question.

Thought January business was pretty poor at the time and sadly nothing has happened to change my opinion. I was honestly frustrated and worried so many people were over praising recruitment team and GA at the end of the window.

With a set or forwards who cannot score while relying on other players for any goals we will be lucky to win another game. Heading for mid table and as others have said a disastrous January with a 1 in 4 all his career forward told not needed and a bunch of no hopers as replacement

He didn't play for Cambridge in League 1, he had 1 full season with them in 20/21 scoring 32 in the league when they got promoted to League 1 then left that summer after rejecting a contract. His overall league 1 record is 10 goals in 73 appearances.

Jackson the only decent signing and he is injured. The other 6 are absolutely shocking. Like you say, 3 dont get a sniff, Evans rots on the bench every game and weve signed 2 CFs not good enough.

We should have been improving the starting 11, not bringing in bodies to replace outgoing out of favour players.
