That first goal is such a poor goal to concede, everyone ball watching and then Richards pretty much has an empty net to aim for.. for someone who is 6’6 that really is poor.. whats he doing.. defending the corner flag

who is coaching the team, defenders get the ball with no one near them, we hoof the ball up top defenders
clearing the ball easily. surly we should be taking the ball forward and finding the right pass.
I'm fed up saying it we don't have the ability to give service to our strikers.

I doubted Tilt yonks ago when we signed him. Just a stopper - nothing else. His purple patch is well and truly over, and he’s looking a liability now, (especially these drag backs he does)

Put him in the middle with Touray to his left and he'd be a completely different player.

The whole defence, when Baldwin plays in the middle is absolutely dire lately. It's something GA needs to look at imo.

Was watching the Power/Baldwin incident again, i think Power is in the right there, three centre backs and not one is committing to the striker running at goal and he's Baldwins man. That said Tilt is becoming a liabilty, should have been sent off for a second yellow (i thnk it was on Al Hamadi), any ball over the top or in the channels and he struggles.

Very lucky to not get a second yellow.

Definitely fell in to the “if he hadn’t already been booked it was a definite yellow” category.

He just hasn’t looked composed these last few matches and looks like a red card waiting to happen.

It happens too often. On the left he'd just clatter a player into touch, in the middle its a straight run at goal. Doesn't help the back three being exposed by an out numbered central midfield, way too much space between them to play through.

Was it Baldwin who Al Hamadi was unhappy with at full time and took some calming down...?

It looked like Tilt to me, eventually going to the officials ehich looked far more than just a hand shake, he was defiantly annoyed about something.

Its the stuff you see in Sunday league :( time and time and every single game we have loads of situations where we have time to play the ball yet panic to punt a aimless ball either out of play or into no mans land :(

I think we've had a massive overreaction as a fanbase on here and also on social media. They took their chances, and we didn't, it's as simple as that. They didn't look anything special at all, and a draw would have probably been a fair result. What I do agree with is that we should change to a front two and drop another man in midfield when playing away from home

This has some merit, it was an improvement on the other away defeats we've seen in 2026. That said Luton were still the better side and deserved the victory. We need to eradicate these terrible first halves that have become a bit of a regular occurrence and that means playing a better standard of football.

He probably was bit then look at the first goal. Baldwin goes flying in and removes himself from the game which is why the lad had all the time in the world to get a shot off.

The middle central defender should never be flying out there as it leaves too big a hole and it was probably down to Pennington (another who is way off it) to close that space and Baldwin to either hold the shape or cover any ball played in behind Pennington.

It's why I wanted a real organiser and leader type for that position back in the summer and what I hoped Joe Wright would be. It seems we're probably still lacking it and should be a target come the summer.

Benn Ward is a LCB isn’t he. GA will likely be miffed he’s missed out (assuming our interest was genuine) as maybe he was that man? That said, I’m surprised we didn’t bring in a new CB, if even on loan, especially after letting Byrne go. Who are our options on other side now for RCB? Just Baldwin and Penno?

We just aren’t as good as we hoped we were. It’s as simple as that really. It’s been a brilliant season so far and still plenty to play for. We have over achieved and that’s fine. Let’s just see where the next 17 games take us. I predict Bradford Bolton at Wembley come the end of the season.

Have to agree that Luton were the better side but like @DimitriPayet@DimitriPayet , I don’t think it was a massive difference, but we didn’t have many chances. Swap Kasey Palmer and we could have got something - his touch map was immense and at the same time, influential.

I sincerely hope not. I'm not sure the old ticker could take a Wembley final against that lot.
