That's true.. even now I can get A.I. to write or debug a C# program. I've been retired a few years and in that time it's incredible how quickly you can construct code.

 

I've had a team of developers working on an application for 6 months - not as a priority, they could've gone faster, but 6 months from concept to launch. Last weekend, I spent a few hours using Claude code to build an identical (actually better) app in 48 hours. And I'm by no means a specialist. It's scary stuff, what it's going to do to the job market.

Yep, very soon you'll be able to say.. "there's the databases, there's the API's, this is what I want to happen" and boom!.. it will be done in seconds.

 

You can do it now, that's basically what I did with the app I spun up. You can create artificial agents with specialism in certain fields - UX, Cybersecuirty etc. And you can create social networks for those agents to collaborate and self-identify how to further develop their skills. It's freaky, freaky stuff.
