Disagree. None of those who left were first names on the team sheet. We’ve made signings that strengthen our starting XI and upgraded some of the back up. Also making a fee on those players approaching the end of their contract who were clearly not getting an extension, makes sensible business sense.

Acknowledge we’ve lost some fantastic characters in the dressing room, but still think we have big personalities in there to drive us forward.

 

We’ve not lost anyone from our best XI that significantly weakens us and we’ve strengthened our attacking back up by bringing in players who go straight into our XI. I’m fairly happy but hope we snap up McIntyre to bolster defence.

 

At the start of the window I said it would be a cheap one with loans and only perm deals being no trainers..... Jackson looks to fall into thay category, not sure on Evans. Looked good last season for Blackpool on paper, somethings obviously gone on between now and then for this fan reaction.

An average transfer window, lets not dress it up any other way. Probably more happened than we were expecting but confirmation where we are as a club ambition wise under Rupp. Evans is such a typical last minute City signing if you get my drift - dared to dream there might be a dynamic late addition but we get a solid pro, neither Yeah or meh

 

He had a rating on who scored of over 7 last season and 4/MOM bettered by only one player. Yes they are a lot worse this season possibly due to change of manager

 

He's only come in as cover for Powell and Metcalfe. I think it's good we aren't committing to a longer deal when there may well be better options in the summer.

 

McIntyre is officially a free agent he is exempt from tonight's deadline. I believe its anywhere up to somewhere in March when free agents can still be signed.. so lets see.

Question is if he is only back up, have our first eleven got enough to get us up? I do actually think Mullin improves our starting eleven. Not sure yet about Wheatley - he does look good on his vids. Jackson looks an athlete but does he give us more than Neufville and Sarce (when fit). Let's see
