Burton are supposed have to turned down our offer for Beesley, just wondering if this gives us a better chance or maybe Luton are in for a new forward line just like us.

 

What we did well in the summer was sign players who were well thought of by their previous clubs. I know some on here like to ignore the views of other fans but nine times out of ten they come up accurate.

This window has been the complete opposite in that respect. The likes of White, Mullin and Jackson come very much with reviews that they aren't up to it (and that's being polite). Ashby and Sibley have come with pretty ambivalent reviews.

 

I've had someone trying to tell me we were after him, so thank God for that.

Never believed it, but even hearing his name bores me to tears.

Poor forward who did badly here and should never be linked with a return, ever, by anyone.

 

There's a decent keeper in there somewhere,I hope Mansfield can find it.

 

With regards Kayden Jackson we got him on a free I'm told.
We were going to pay a fee for him but Derby agreed to end his contract six months early

I was surprised too when I was told.

 

Well since he left us he has been playing SPL, L1 and Championship football - had a great spell at Barnsley. While we toiled in L2....so he had the last laugh because he was clearly too good for us.

 

Mullins record stands for itself Jackson has still been picked recently in the championship he has done well at a lower level as for white he had a good loan at MK before Orient. Ashby and Sibley have championship experience as well. Andy Cook came here with poor reviews from previous clubs. But of course only time will tell

 

You could tell Cole had good ability but with us he was young and looked a bit arrogant

 

Nathan Lowe has joined Wycombe on loan for the rest of the season. Still young, but a great last 12 months for him after a fantastic 6 previous

 

Barnsley were in for him as well apparently.

 

His signing on fee will likely be that 6months loss of contracted wage plus xx

Despite the fact Stockport weren't starting him in the league very often, he came away with a record of 7 goals from 14 starts and 12 sub appearances.

Obviously a real talent, but Stoke probably want him starting most weeks which just wasn't happening even with a good goal return like that.
