It's his first good goalscoring run in the EFL really. He had a good spell in L2 for Rochdale in 2021 which got him his move to Blackpool but he really hasn't done much since. Last season he scored 1 goal in 22 L1 games for Blackpool, 16 goals in 77 all in all for Blackpool. He had one really good season at BPA years ago, but hasn't exactly smashed them in since.

 

I heard Beesley was coming in - but that was before we heard today the fee had been rejected. So not sure where we stand with him. Maybe Jackson is the alternative? Although did think Jackson was more of a winger type.

if beesley comes in, Mullin would play off him so we either go two up top or Mullin replaces injured Sarce, with Pointon, Humphrys, Jackson, Wheatley options around either side etc?

 

Surely all the names and awaiting to be confirmed signings means the Humphrys striker experiment is over and done with? FINALLY!

They’ve just let our old foe Kian Harratt go to Brackley on loan so they have a spare slot up front.

I imagine if we bring in 2 forwards then Kav will be allowed to leave. Shame really as he did well for us last year.

until he’s put pen to paper and its been announced by the club I won’t rest! But i was told a deal had been agreed. Then again, ITKs were saying same about Wheatley for last two weeks and for Jackson since last night.

The transfer window is hectic with doors opening and closing, panic setting in, priorities changing etc. bronco’s post sounded promising this morning though.
