I’d have Owen Bailey over any of them. Watch out for him popping up and scoring on Saturday.

 

Owen Bailey will be having to play centre back on Saturday due to Byrne not able to play and the other CBs out injured like he did the game before Byrne signed.

 

The only problem is if Salford are offering him a decent deal now is he guaranteed it in July?

Sarcevic probably looking at Halliday who was allowed to go with our blessing because Dundee offered him 2.5 years and we couldnt give any guarantees of a new deal.

GA went on record saying our club dont offer new deals until the summer and as a former player, he resonates with players wanting security.

If Salford have offered him a deal, you couldnt fault him for wanting to go. He could be on the scrap heep come July and with his injury problems you just never know.

Maybe more to this injury than meets the eye.

We still need to fix the midfield though. From playing a diamond last year where we used to bully teams off the park to now being wide open at every counter is a massive concern

 

Hes a man city fan so it makes sense to move to Salford. Would be a hammer blow to us though. Sarc is one of the few players in our team who is a big influence on the field and off it and if we lose him, we could really spiral
