Some very fair points - all I'm going to say the club is in a slightly unexpected but incredible position to progress, this doesn't happen all the time as we fans know all too well. Also at no time before the past week has the club indicated we would be totally blown out of the water in the January window, indeed we were promised a competitive budget and improvements. This might still happen but I honestly believe our substantial fanbase has been a bit let down in how we've allowed things to materialise since the Cardiff game where I felt we were still delivering a good version of ourselves

All I’ll say is our recruitment team haven’t finished for Jan. Which is what we’d all expect really, given the shambles of the last three games and the need for fresh blood and different options!

This place, quite rightly, seemed a dark place after Lincoln schooled us.

The club are working on making things better though. A win over Donny to stop the rot would be nice and if we can get a few more deals over the line then great. Some of the names mooted have substance but they aren’t anything we’ve not heard in the thread before.

 

I hope you're right. I panicked seeing this line from Wrexham fans but I'll go along with your point of view and look forward to the goals. Imagine the boost we'll get if he scores and we win on Saturday!

 

He needs to be a part of our attack too mind. I dint want to hear 'he hasn't had any service' as an excuse if he doesn't cut it. I don't think having a striker who is just there to be 'serviced' will do us much good.

I don't think Parky has a soft spot for anyone in football. Hard headed and pragmatic.

 

Amazingly, despite January we are still in there fighting although pretty much running on fumes. In terms of what we've brought in I'm not sure what folk expected, we are not gonna splash the cash as its not our mantra. Bringing Mullin in will, I hope, finally put paid to the failed experiment of Humps at 9, the lad needs a run on the flank to regain his form. Still think we are woefully weak creatively speaking but that would need change in the way we approach games and I don't think that will happen.
