We played him with Ollie Palmer in the main. So someone who can hold the ball up. Just needs someone to play off. He can create his own chances though as we witnessed many a time. Scores all sorts of goals.

At Cambridge where he scored a sh!tload I believe he played with a 10 behind him so not a Palmer type.

It’s one of two options really, either GA is going to a front 2 and making a change, or he’s got Mullin and will play him alone which seems like would be a mistake

 

It’s only a screen grab of a small section of Mullin’s career, but only City fans with complain about signing someone with a record like this! You couldn’t make it up. Guys, what exactly are you expecting?

 

Or Wheatley who I know people have written off but seen lots of Videos of him and I think he will do well if they can get him fit

 

It’s his lack of a record in League One that concerns most

Plenty of reasons for that sure but a player unproven in the division (on loan as well) is a touch underwhelming given the situation going forward

Not directly no, I just know he wants to go out and play somewhere. I just saw him mentioned on this thread. I think he was going to Reading but it fell through. Don't know why. Great player. Turns up in big games.

 

I know it was only three cup games but he terrorised Sheff Utd and Coventry in the FA Cup games we played against them. Injuries and a falling out with Parky killed his time here. Nothing else.

Until our owner is willing to splash the cash, Mullin is as good as we're going to get I'm afraid.
The signing's for a side who were in the top 3 at the start of this window are at the very least underwhelming.
