a CB that is actually gonna slide into the team. Not a bench warmer. All of our CBs have flaws and none of them outstanding for this division

A CM that can drive the ball forward

a 10 that can create and score

and a striker with an Ariel presence

 

That’s where I’m at
At the start of January I’d have said 2/3 players who can come in and improve the first eleven and I’d be delighted
Instead we’ve let players go who were bench / out of the squad and replaced with other players who will be squad members
Not one signing yet has strengthened us

There is time, but I’m not overly hopeful

I think Ashby has strengthened us. I wouldnt be surprised to see this being made permanent in the summer if he settles here well.

Unfortunately mate , with the transfer dealings so far, I don’t feel like laughing

 

Jesus, they must be desperate. Still, at least it's only a loan. I envisioned Byrne having the game of his life and Gibson setting him up for a headed winner infront of the kop...... just the standard Gibson goal to look forward to instead.
