I’m on Wikipedia looking at Jatta, and was amazed to see he played in the Estonian Premier league in 2019! Don’t let 13 goals in 17 appearances get you giddy. The standard is L2 at best. Overall though, he’s got goals wherever he’s played. If we sign him for 350k - that’s gotta be the most we’ve spent since the Prem days?

 

I reckon it will be more than that. The owner said he was holding out for seven figures for him last summer and triggered a years extension. Not a chance they'll settle for a third of that just 6 months later.

They aren’t target men in the old meaning of a target man.
Walsall tried to use him as a nine even in his first outing at VP , we all saw it . Saddler gave up on him and from memory only played half a dozen games Jan - May . Northampton haven’t played him as a nine rather than him roaming and not an obvious front line target .

 

I tell you what we have introduced with the new guys..... energy and youth and speed. The way we started at the beginning of the season tactics....onwards

 

Could be good news as it disrupts another promotion chasers team. Goalkeeper Sharman-Lowe is set to be recalled by Chelsea from his loan at Bolton this window with a CH move seemingly lined up.

Bolton fans are fuming at the news, they are bringing in some young keeper on a permanent move instead. Rumour online that Portsmouth are looking at trying to take Cozier-Duberry on loan for the rest of the season, would be a massive blow to Bolton.

 

They're on a poor run right now, a change may invigorate them.
