Apologies if it's already been mentioned but just noticed on the league one forum that Adaramola has been sent back from orient to Palace. Surprised as I'm friends with an orient fan who was raving about him earlier in the season. According to the forum he fell out with the manager.

Obviously we had him at league 2 but could he come in to provide competition for that left wing back slot? Knows the club is a good age and always seemed capable

Luke Armstrong.... the lad who is currently 6 from 22 in NL and recently went 3 months without scoring in the national league? I'd going to say no and he's finally found his level as a striker.

 

Outlandish rumours that Sparks is in Seattle to hold transfer talks with Ryan Kent. He would certainly be a better signing than Luke Armstrong!

 

Sparks put a picture online from the Seattle Sounders training ground. Their owner Adrian Hanauer owns a few sports teams that way out. Wonder if he's another businessman that wants to jump into the English pyramid with some investment?

 

He left Seattle last week. I only know because I follow the MLS as I play sorare. He wants to return to England however not sure that means anything to us but you might just be on to something.

 

His contract wasn't extended in December, be surprised if he is still out that way but you never know. Sounders fans think he was homesick and wants to go back to England.

Edit: sounds like he came in sharp and fizzled quickly. Seattle fans weren't too fussed about him leaving reading their page, sounds like his constant hamstring issues he's had his entire career are still lingering now.

Looks a bit of a crock these days. Sounds like his hamstrings go too often, he's not completed 90 minutes since October 2023. Last time he was a reliable first teamer was at Rangers in the 22/23 season and even then he was injured at the end of the season.

He managed 19 appearances at 804 mins in his year in Turkey. He managed 21 apps at 867 mins in his year in the states.

 

At least it would be someone who has an understanding of football, unlike the dogs owner Nagle who knows FA and overseen multiple manager changes, bad transfers and a relegation with his £millions.
Having said that, I'd rather have investment from the UK/Europe and avoid American and Asian investors. But beggars can't be choosers I suppose.

Doesn't look to be? Adrian Hanauer owners the Sounders, the minority owner of Seattle Kraken (Hockey) and has a stake in the womens Seattle MLS team too the Seattle Reign FC.
