I 100% agree. If we could somehow get a left version of Neufville it would be great.

But tbh I think having to play Kelly at LCB is a bigger concern than the weaknesses of Wright/Touray at LWB. Some teams have really targeted Kelly as a weak spot.

Depends whether we think they are good enough for the championship, because that’s what we should be looking for. I’d imagine that won’t be cheap though.

I must see a different Tyriek? Every time I see highlights he seems to be always heavily involved. I like him.

To me he simply aint up to it people can go on about his hard work but his job is to atrack which on the whole he aint very good at ...............he hardly ever sets up goals his goal threat is minimal ............maybe the folk having a pop are simply frustrated because its deffo in his locker the Reading game proves that but it doesnt happen enough for me.

He splits opinion on here. I rate him. I think he's been one of our better players this season.

The issue is Wright does a lot of the supportive build-up work very well. But doesn't have good output in the big, most noticeable stuff (goals and assists).

He's a very tidy footballer. Rarely loses possession. And often picks up the ball in tight spaces, wriggles out, and finds a pass. He might not get many assists, but I think he assists the assister a fair bit with through balls and the like.

On the Ryan Sparks watch.... he ended up in Seattle. There's far too many big companies based in Seattle anyways, so let your imagination run free as to which is potentially the new sponsors.

    Not up on us city’s
Is Seattle a big holiday destination
Surely though, it must be to do with the supposed new American sponsor,or could it possibly be new investment, plenty of yankee dollars flying around English football currently

A fun stat for Tyreik haters. Wright has the highest expected assists per 90 out of our entire team. 21 total chances created.

Humps bad finishing probably cost him a few assists.

Not sure….. Starbucks in decline. Boeing in decline. Layoffs at Amazon and Microsoft. Not quite as dynamic as it once was.

Spot on. Wright, Touray and Neufville have had their best games at LWB when having a Tilt/Touray behind them to support on the left or Pennington/Baldwin to support on the right. We need to make sure we are strong at CB, over anything else at this moment and a new striker.

I dont mind Wright. He is not a wing back at all, i think he's better in the supporting attacker roles. My issue with him is he is so inconsistent at getting a good ball in the box or being a goal threat. Sometimes he beats his man and then it's like he has a brain fog moment of "oh shit that worked, now what?" and by the time he thinks about the cross the defender has recovered. Or his cross goes nowhere near anyone. His end product needs work in my opinion, but he is a threat carrying the ball.

Looking at his stats, he's had 15 shots in L1 this season, hit the target 4 times. Only Power has created more chance than him which makes sense as he is on set pieces. Wright has our teams best xA per 90, Wright has also won the ball in the final 3rd more times than any other City player, just edging out Swan. Suggests he is good at the press and also is getting the chances in, but they either aren't meeting the man or aren't being put away. The goal threat is the biggest gap for him, his xG is 1.3 which is the 9th best in our team, even Kav has a slightly better xG than Wright this season and Kav has managed less than a third of the minutes Wright has.

Wouldn't call it a holiday destination, it probably rains in Seattle more than Yorkshire. He's expecting highs of 7 degrees today and plenty of rain, so i dont think he'll need the shorts or the factor 50. Yeah it's going to be some sort of business meet around sponsorship you'd have thought?

Hopefully it's Costco, it might make me remember to use my membership more if it's plastered all over the kits and stadium.

Tilt, where there might be said to be a lack of pace on the turnaround, he makes up for in multiple other ways . Even Stockley wouldn’t go near him . If we can keep him fit ……he will show his true worth to the side. One way or another our left side is transformed with him one way or another .

Jamie said on Sunday that it was his 11th appearance for the club. He's impressed me in every game tbh. Because of his injury I'd forgotten just what a signing he'd been until he came back. I like Joe Wright, but he's been done a couple of times by smaller opponents (the lad at Wimbledon been an example). There is no one in this league or on this planet that will bully Tilt, he even looks like a madman on the pitch, the Blackpool forwards didn't want to go near him second half.

Amazon, Microsoft and Starbucks, none of which sponsor any uk team directly.
    Pie in the sky though.
