Bantams TV - Problem With Matchday Subscriptions

    I've been trying to obtain an audio pass for today's game via the club website (via the "Bantams TV" option and then "Buy Audio Pass"), but it takes me to the "Subscriptions" page which has no further purchase options.

    I had a similar issue when trying to watch the match whilst on holiday in Spain back in August, and have since tried it on my laptop, phone, via the BantamsTV app and both with and without a VPN - all with the same outcome!

    I'd be very grateful if anyone could offer any assistance.

    There should be two tabs, one for Subscriptions (which I think it defaults to) and a second tab labelled match passes - click on that.

    Or is that tab just coming up blank? In which case I can't help.

    Problem solved! I can find the "match passes" tab on my wife's phone and my daughter's laptop (both new models), but not on my ancient iphone and laptop. Must be something to do with technology....

    Most likely it is the Internet browser you are using. I find that City stuff does not work on Mozilla Firefox but does on Chrome.

    Could be worth clearing the cookies and cache as that has solved a couple of issues similar to this on the current website and last one.

    Bantams TV audio was a joke today. The after match show cut off after a few minutes and then when it came back on they played highlights during the manager interview so I couldn’t hear it properly.

    Appalling coverage on Radio Leeds today. No post match coverage unless you are in the Bradford area on DAB. Bantams TV Audio cuts off after the match. Why am I paying £6 a month for such rubbish service ? And when you complain to the club they say it’s not their fault.

    We are higher in the league than Town so why do they get better coverage ?

    is there anyway to get BBC Leeds DAB in the Bradford area on BBC Sounds ?

    £6 a month? £240 a year for overseas TV subscribers. The only solution to this problem is for the club to provide its own commentary service.

    I pulled the plug right after the final whistle ( should have done it sooner) so no issues for me

    Where is the pre match coverage of the City game? Bantams TV Audio is just playing crowd and seagull noises !!!!!

    I think Radio L**ds is focussed on the Bellend Roaders til half past. It happens occasionally. Usually though, you still see live pictures of the warm up. Don't know if there are other problems. If it's not right by 25 to, throw your tv out of your Spanish Villa window and smash the place up.

    I switch to Radio Leeds at this point. Even overseas it works provided there's no Moneymatch on at the same time.
