I get the rumours are rife with regards both possibly leaving but a 80% fit Pattison and Cook would be in the squad, if were serious about trying to stay in the hunt for a promotion place we can't dismiss players who have done it in the past for us, unfortunately I think both names my not be on the team sheet.

There was no Cook vs Mansfield.. so no chance of him playing today.. i mean we seem to have reverted back to hoofball since cook came back from injury so not sure why Alexander isnt playing him

 

Damn theres always a team which falls at this time of year.. i was hoping it would be Lincoln.. but looks like it will be us

 

I noticed that as well.

 

They were a distant 2nd best until they equalised. Posh defence collapsed like we did at Mansfield just before half time though.

Lincoln should coast this now to put them 5 points ahead of us before we kick off

 

I'm trying to encourage myself with the thought that we always seem to struggle at smaller, lower league grounds (Barrow, Morecambe, Fleetwood, Accrington, Chesterfield, and Orient, Mansfield this year) and play well in big stadiums (Bolton, Cardiff) so I hope we can get back on the horse today. Clutching at straws I know.

They have a job to do now and we have a need for a bit of quality up front and in the middle and these two can add something

If Alexander has burnt the bridges to such an effect that they don't want to play then that's on his management. If fit, there is no reason why they should not be on the bench.

No its not.

 

Today is treated as a Saturday for tv purposes so the only games on Sky are the early ones

 

All about the starting line up for me and GA picking a team that gives us a chance of getting a result. That didn't happen at Mansfield
