So yesterday and in the days leading up to today the club were saying the window to ST holders was 12:00 noon. I log on at 11:55 to find out the window was brought forward to 10:00am and I’ve missed out.

I didn’t expect to have much luck but it’s a bit naughty from the club to discreetly bring the deadline forward (not all of us follow social media every 5 minutes)

Buzzing, first away game in two years coming up. Knowing a lad down at the ticket office meant I didn't even need to queue.

It said there were people queuing at 2am at the ticket office.

 

It wouldn’t have mattered mate because anyone with enough points could login at 15 mins before the window, add tickets to basket, wait until restrictions are lifted then complete the purchase.
Not very many people logging on at the advertised time will have been successful.
Just another loophole the club need to sort out

I am not sure what you mean. If you had enough points you could complete the purchase before 10 o'clock, no need to wait. The only people waiting until 10 am were those season ticket holders with insufficient points. You could log on to your account before then but could not complete the purchase.

 

We’ll, I’m going! not enough points and not a season ticket holder at the moment either…

but I do live deep in enemy territory is the big clue, just gonna have to keep me cakehole shut every time City score is all !!

He means if you have the points, you log on for your mates, dump the required tickets in your basket and then purchase them after 10am when the points restrictions are lifted and you can allocate the tickets to your mates.

 

As a points holder who has already purchased a ticket you could still put another one in your basket and then when until 10am strikes and transfer to a season ticket holder who would then meet the ceiling criteria. Cunning!
