Huddersfield Away Tickets

Don't the home side have to give the visiting fans 10% of their maximum capacity?
Huddersfield's stadium holds 24,500 I believe, so shouldn't they give us 2,450?

Huddersfield had 2,799 and Barnsley 2,768 which is actually more than the 10% that VP holds.

 

Let’s hope all the 800 who went to Plymouth get a ticket for this if they want one.
Maybe a 3rd phase of sales for anyone with a Plymouth ticket purchase not already in the priority brackets?

Crap that they have continued with the reduced away allocations. It was brought in during their time in the premier league to give their fans the tickets that were being demanded, now they have plenty of empty seats they they feel they need more to leave empty. We use to get the full end when they only had 3 stands.

 

I'm guessing that there are now more fans in the top two brackets than tickets available given it says subject to availability on the lower two brackets

 

This doesn't come as any great surprise at all.
Blackpool and Huddersfield were always going to be games where the allocation given wouldn't satisfy demand.
One thing that really annoys me is I know for a fact there will be several of our big time Charlie supporters will be at the above games these fans I seldom see at the likes of Orient and Wimbledon away but somehow they always get a ticket for the big local games.
I suppose it's who you know and nothing to do with the points system for them.

It’s 10% or 2000 (if capacity above 20k) so allocation is over the limit

 

Because they will run out at season ticket holders. It would say subject to availability for tier 2 if thats the case

I think the ratio should be higher as in 75% goes to highest points then 25% to fight over.

 

It could be higher but 75% seems way too high as it'll be too prohibitive to newer fans trying to build up points for local away games.

A straight 50 % is fine.

It's already annoying as someone who doesn't have too many points. It means it's harder to plan trips, and leaves you (a little, at least) less time to sort stuff out.

I'm all for rewarding the diehards who want to go to every single away game, sure, why not, but you have to have some scope for other fans who still want to go to away games. Make it too hard and they'll probably just stop looking.
