We could do with some pace on the left attack. Kavanagh just isn’t a wide player

 

Distribution across and from the back 3 tonight has been iffy at best. Surely McIntyre would have been a better option rather than 3 similar physical defenders?

What it seems to me is that the formation works and the tactics work when we have our best 11.

It can also work when we're missing one or two but if we have 5 or 6 out like tonight then it starts to show
