My Luton supporting neighbour over the road isnt happy.

As you'd expect, some are "give him a chance" while others are "cheap option - we'll never get promoted" (yes, there's a high degree of entitlement)

 

We all know about ‘yo yo clubs’ that bounce back and forth between the PL and Championship. Could Luton become the first yo yo club between the PL and the National League?

Then again... sometimes these odd situations work out.

 

Jack Shepherd had better be on his best behaviour on Saturday. The match referee Andrew Humphries sent him off at City's Newport away fixture earlier this year.

 

22-23k for Saturday, sold out away end. Gunna be another cracking atmospehere (as long as game goes our way!)

Cant remember the last period I actually enjoyed turning up to VP. It was a chore for nearly a decade.

 

Yeh an odd one given they have 2 successive relegations. That said JW was well thought of at Arsenal and must have sold himself well in interview to get a chance there (possibly a few decent Arsenal kids he thinks he can bring in). Good to see a young English manager get a chance anyway.

 

It’s a bit weird to wish the week away so Saturday comes quicker now.

As for the atmosphere, poor. Sounds like some bloke putting up a shed.

In all seriousness the comparison between the marketing and social media at city vs town is night and day. City know how to market matchday and the atmosphere.

 

10k empty seats, yet they put 5/600 home fans in the same stand as the away fans????

 

Yeah, we should ask for the full end behind the goal in January - they don't need it, they can move their ultras elsewhere!!

 

That would be a lot safer for all in attendance
