Patto will be back in the starting XI soon following his stop/start season so far. He was unlucky with the concussion incident a couple of weeks back.

 

Not sure if has been mentioned but I think McIntyre looks a good player

 

As others have said, McIntyre looked fantastic today. Hopefully a sign of things to come.

 

With his public afters with GA after the game, I wouldn't be surprised to see him benched for Rotherham.

 

Neufville a clear MOTM but once again Pennington behind him just does his job with the minimum of fuss (apart from scoring obviously)

 

Not played 90 mins for months and months Dave . Yes he was excellent too !

 

How many yellows is Power short of a suspension? We're going to be needing Leigh with his head straight sooner rather than later. He's had such a positive start to the season. That goal at Cardiff set us on the way to the best league away performance I have seen in the last 25 years. We'll have to trust GA to know how to handle it.

 

Didn't he get his 5th today? If so, he's suspended for Rotherham.

 

McIntyre looks a class act. Great decision to bring him in on deadline day.

 

Yes,today was his 5th booking,and he has only himself to blame for most of them.It's a shame,as he is proving a good captain.

 

Sign of a good team that wins when they haven't played anywhere near their potential. A game of few chances, special mention for Neil Byrne for the second half block, pretty much stopped a free header in the six yard box and for Alexander changing the ineffective Leigh for an energetic Patto.

 

Our back 3 is a very complicated but positive dilemma. No idea who are best back 3 are but on today showing Pennington, McIntyre and Touray are up there. Space for Baldwin? Is Touray better as a wide player? Does Wright get back on the side? Not sure but we looked very good defensively today.

 

Leigh kicked a bottle when he came off ......if only he could get at their midfielders.... instead

 

Touray is a superb signing

 

He's a prima Donna isn't he. He certainly plays like one and that's not necessarily a pop at him. He's just so casual and sloppy sometimes. Needs to be more careful with possession.

 

Hes a “ bums off seats” player for sure. Whats that 3 in 3?

 

Neufville has to be the signing off the season so far how we got him I will never know but also a mention about Touray who is running him close with his performances. Two excellent players.
