I think GA has said they're waiting until the right time, which I'm guessing will be when Cook, Kav and Powell are all fully up to speed.

 

He does but they are deciding the best time for it so doesn't sound like he urgently needs it.

 

Banks hobbled off injured, maybe a doubt for next week now.

 

Had to he helped off by 2 physios, didn't look like he could put much weight on the injured foot. Cant imagine he's there next week.
