The FA had already placed City under scrutiny for earlier crowd trouble at Doncaster Rovers so expect a really hefty fine or god forbid, stadium restrictions.

We'll probably get a fine in about March will doncaster did last season for their pitch invasion at the end of the 23/24 season. These sort of cases get put to the bottom of the list and drag on and on. We will have already been charged and accepted the charge and just waiting on a date for the hearing

After the Doncaster stewards requested the police to get involved and throw out two of our fans yesterday it could well be a heavy fine.

No idea it was during the half time break some stewards were already amongst the City fans to the rear of the stand but couldn't deal with the situation so the police had to be called to get involved to eject them.

    According to Arthur Internet.

Here’s the full picture from Doncaster vs Bradford City at the Keepmoat Stadium on 6 September 2025—and it’s not pretty.

    Multiple ejections:
Several Bradford City supporters were reportedly ejected during the second half following a series of confrontations near the away end. According to eyewitness accounts and early reports, tensions escalated after a contentious refereeing decision and a missed opportunity in front of goal. Stewards and police intervened when a group of fans surged toward the barrier separating them from Doncaster supporters.

    Police involvement:
South Yorkshire Police confirmed that a number of individuals were removed for “disorderly conduct and breaching stadium regulations.” No arrests were officially announced at the time, but investigations are ongoing. The club is said to be cooperating fully.

    Fan reaction:
On social media and fan forums, some supporters described the ejections as heavy-handed, while others condemned the behaviour, especially given the club’s recent warnings from the FA after previous crowd trouble at Crewe and Stoke.

    FA scrutiny likely:
Given Bradford’s recent disciplinary history, the FA may take a closer look. If pyrotechnics, violence, or pitch incursion were involved, fines or sanctions could follow. The timing is awkward, with the club pushing for promotion and needing unity on and off the pitch.

The date is correct @Bronco@Bronco however I think, in particular the first paragraph relates to the game at the end of last season

The original question from @Klaatu@Klaatu was with regards yesterdays disturbance and 2 (that I saw) Bradford City fans getting arrested by the police.

Three got arrested. Not sure what for. The older of the three was ahead of me in queue to get in and looked like he'd knocked a lot of ale back. Stewards tried to deal with it and couldn't, so the police belatedly came along to help.

I didn't especially enjoy yesterday and I've been going long enough to know we'll lose plenty of matches. The language was horrendous and very aggressive from a good chunk of our fans. I take my children along knowing that they'll hear it and not repeat it, but there was parents with 9/10 year old children coming out with all sorts, as were their children. The little girl behind me dropped the C bomb time and time again with her Dad egging her on; she was 11 years old at the most. Pretty sad.

Anyway, bad day at the office. As others have said, we need more numbers in central midfield in the away fixtures. Bobbly and Sarcevic are largely passengers in this sort of match with the current setup. I'm bemued by some of the acclaim for Tommy Leigh; for a big lad he's an absolute fanny and we need Patto back in the side ASAP.

It’s not as if the South Yorkshire Police have an exemplary record for even handedness.

We can go back a very very long time …….Notorious is the word?

The video doing the rounds of that fella who fell on his face giving Gibson abuse, well I was behind him walking out the stadium and he was lucky to not be arrested from what I saw. Goading Doncaster fans, bad language, the lot. Behind him, his 10 year old son doing exactly the same.......

He was an absolute embarrassment to our great club throughout the game, constantly running along the length of the away end using foul and abusive language. Quite frankly if Gibson had done a Cantona karate kick on him I would have applauded him for it. Just quite bizarre that this all took place in front of the stewards who did nothing about it. When will folk learn as this behaviour will only ultimately harm the club and its supporters, especially when fan behaviour is already subject to an investigation

I think the time for learning for this individual was a few decades previously. He isn't going to change now, whatever the consequences. It makes for a terrible experience for other supporters of both clubs. I think our club should take the initiative, find out who he is and ban him from away games.

And when will folk learn that digging out opponent players will only inspire them to play above their usual level.

Someone under the Twitter handle Kyle56Kelly was giving Gibson racial abuse and this is what I thought this thread was about. I'm guessing working out who this person is won't take long and it appears many people have worked it out and he has previous and a criminal record to boot.

Absolutely no brains what so ever, and a lifetime ban is now no doubt on the cards, if not worse.

I see the fella mentioned above who was pissed up looking after a 10 year old has apologised on the BCAFC facebook page, but only because he has been called out. How can you be looking after a 10 year old when you can't walk in a straight line ffs. It's beyond reckless.
